New Student Enrollment Requirements

Please schedule an appt. with Ms. Courtney, the Counseling Registrar, in order to register your son or daughter (658-6210 Ext. 114). In order to register your child, parents or guardians need to provide the school with the following information, which is mandatory prior to enrollment:

* Proof of Residency (Driver's License, Rent or Mortgage Statement, Utility Bill...)
* Proof of Guardianship or Custody (if needed, contact Juvenile Court at 658-8770)
* Birth Certificate
* Social Security Card (if available)
* Immunization Records (Minimum immunizations required unless legally exempt are:)
    - 3 DTP
    - 3 OPV
    - 2 MMR
    - 3 Hepatits B if born after 1/1/94
    - 1 Hib
* Academic records (including transcript, current grades, IEP if appropriate)

Year 4 has begun with the Mentor Program.  Students have been selected, and teachers will call parents this week to introduce themselves.  Soon Mentors will start a blog to share what's going on.
